To sync your new Sky iD password with your email apps, follow this link to Unlock your emails. Please note: If you used a unique app password to set up emails on your device, you don’t need to update your password. If you change your Sky iD password, remember to update your email app with your new password, using the instructions below. You can still sign in to your emails through sky.com.

This helps to ensure a consistent experience, as you're accessing your emails through an app with the latest features, enhanced security standards and better usability. If you access your emails on your device using an email app, like Outlook or Apple Mail, we recommend you update to the latest version of the app.

Once you're signed in, select your name/username or the person icon in the top right corner and select Yahoo Mail.įollow the instructions below to set up emails on your mobile, tablet or computer.

Go to the top right corner, select Sign In and log in with your Sky iD.
